Most of our work starts with a conversation. Someone has a process that takes too long, a system that doesn't talk to another system, or a spreadsheet that's become load-bearing. They're not sure what the fix looks like yet. That's fine. We're not either — not until we've seen it.

Good engagements tend to start small. A single workflow. One department's problem. Something concrete enough to ship in weeks, not months. If it works, we keep going. If it doesn't, nobody spent a year finding out.

We work best with companies that already know what's broken — they just haven't had the right people to fix it.
